Cass Commercial Bank has been named a winner of the 2021 Greater St. Louis Top Workplaces award program, which is sponsored by the St. Louis Post Dispatch.
Winners of the award are chosen solely based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party employee engagement company. In all, 1,660 employers in the region were invited to take the survey with 151 employers recognized as Top Workplaces. The confidential employee engagement survey of 24 questions gathers responses regarding issues relating to workplace culture including:
